The annual meetings of the Amateur Field Trial Clubs of America are scheduled for the weekend of June 21-22 in conjunction with the Purina Awards presentations at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, Tenn.

AFTCA committee meetings will be held Friday morning, June 21, 8:00-10:00 a. m., with the annual trustees meeting beginning immediately following at 10:00 a. m.

The AFTCA Open meeting will be held Saturday evening, June 22, at 5:00 p. m.

Meeting will be held at the host hotel.

At the annual meeting last June in St. Louis, it was confirmed that club dues would change from a calendar year to the AFTCA fiscal and field trial year — July 1-June 30 of the following year. This way, individual memberships and club dues are on the same time frame.

The club dues may be paid anytime between the dates of July 1 to June 30 each year. As a reminder, club dues are $100 and individual memberships are $25. Regardless of when these dues are paid, they expire the following June 30 each year.

If club dues have not been paid for this 2018-2019 field trial season please do so as soon as possible. There are many Essential Data Forms naming winners in the AFTCA database that aren’t approved because club dues have not been paid.
