Cajun All-Age Classic

Hickory Valley, Tenn. — Twenty-seven dogs competed in the 2019 running of the Cajun Classic.  Whipporwill Mayhem, white and orange ticked  pointer male, was named first for handler Larry Huffman and owner Ric Peterson of Gilbert, Ariz. Second was Erin’s Calvin Klein, white and liver pointer male handled by Steve Hurdle and owned by Rick Stallings of Mathews, Ala. Touch’s Adams County was named third, handled by Randy Anderson for owner Ric Peterson.

In the 26-dog Evangeline Derby, Cocklebur King Tut, pointer male, was named the winner for owner-handler Bubba Spencer of Bolivar, Tenn.

Second was awarded to S F Fullcolor, pointer female owned and handled by Larry Smith of Pleasant Hill, Ia.  Miller’s Hot Rod was third and handled by Randy Anderson for owner D. Raines Jordan of Talbotton, Ga.

Special thanks to Virgil Moore of  Canyon, Tex., and Adrian Jackson of Boys Ranch, Tex., for judging both stakes.
