Jimmy Isperduli

Webster, Mass. — James Isperduli, 60, of Paxton, Mass., died April 30 after an extended illness. He is survived by his son Jon Isperduli of Paxton, his parents and two sisters.

Born in Istanbul, Turkey, Jimmy immigrated to this country at an early age.  He worked and studied hard and was very successful with his property management and construction companies.   Additionally, he worked for many years as a boxing trainer, manager and promoter. Many of his fighters were regulars on ESPN with a few achieving top ranked status.

Jimmy was an avid bird hunter and amateur field trialer. Pheasant hunting with a good bird dog was his favorite thing in life. Jimmy loved setters and placed many of them regularly in amateur stakes.

He was a member of the Central Massachusetts Bird Dog Club and the Woburn Bird Dog Club for over thirty years. Jimmy was a great contributor to New England field trials in running trials, helping at every event and judging. A noted judge, he officiated many championship events in the New England area.

We are proud to have had him as a friend. He will be missed.
