National Amateur Pheasant Shooting Dog Championship

Circle, Mont. — Touch’s Hail Stone is the newly crowned National Amateur Pheasant Shooting Dog Champion. Owned and handled by Alex Rickert of Bozeman,. Mont., the white and orange pointer male coming six, tallied two finds and a stop to flush on his way to earning the 2018 title. Nemaha Cinch, four-year-old white and orange pointer male owned and handled by Dr. Pat McInteer of Falls City, Neb., also had two finds and a commendable race to earn runner-up laurels.

Judges Marty Middleton of Merriman, Utah and Jason Staley of Murtaugh, Ida., adjudicated the stake of 43 dogs.
