Union Springs, Ala. — The National Open Shooting Dog Championship is required to follow all COVID guidelines, including those issued by the CDC as well as state and local health agencies.

Therefore, no social activities will be held on the Sedgefields Plantation grounds.

The Purina dinner will be held Monday evening, February 1, at the Union Springs Country Club, and a dinner to honor the 2020 winner Osceola’s Rebel Chief will be held Wednesday evening, February 3, at the Country Club.

We respectfully ask that only owners and handlers and their families attend the drawing Saturday evening, January 30. The drawing will be held outside in the pavilion, so please dress appropriately. No food or bar will be available.

Box lunches will be available daily at the pavilion.

The National Open Shooting Dog Championship is committed to keeping the judges, officials and participants safe during the trial.

We plan to resume normal social activities next season.
