Early Season Points-Earners

Purina Top Dog Award

Oct 09, 2020

The season’s customary initial major circuit all-age stakes were adversely affected by the corornavirus epidemic. All of the Canadian prairie trials were cancelled, as well as three premier stakes in the Dakotas — the Southwestern, All-America and United States Chicken Championships.

The North Dakota Classics at Columbus, N. D., were able to be held and the winners there are the early leaders in the Purina Points standings for the 2020-2021 field trial season.
