Region 19 Amateur All-Age Brittany Championship

Valentine, Neb. — The Region 19 Amateur All-Age Brittany Championship concluded on Monday, September 25, drawing a field of 35 contestants over the beautiful Harms Cattle Ranch south of Valentine, Neb. Sponsored by the St. Croix Brittany Club, Steve Ralph handled all the “heavy lifting” with Rob Rohner of Burchard, Neb., and Dr. Pat McInteer of Falls City, Neb., looking over the field.

The champion, Grade Run Irish, white and orange Brittany male, came from the 12th brace handled by Tom Milam for owner David A. Webb of Pennsylvania. Runner-up Ru Jem’s Last Penny, white and orange Brittany female, came from the 8th brace with Steve Ralph handling for owners Jerry and Ruth McGee of Steward, Ill., who were on hand to see their charge.
