Trainers Report . . .

Aug 09, 2018
David Grubb

David Grubb sent an early August report, noting that conditions in Michigan have been “tough.”

“It has been really hot,” wrote the seasoned trainer, “the cover is extremely high, and birds are hard to come by.

“My good friend and client Paul Tutro of Richmond,  Mich., has helped a lot, letting us  use his farm to work on, and there are plenty of birds.

“Paul owns pointer male Motor City Rock Star and a brilliant young setter registered as Scottish Legend.

“Hoping more wild birds show up in the weeks ahead.”
